At the Annual General Meeting, the auditing company KPMG AB was elected as auditor in Vertiseit. The auditing company was elected for the period until the end of the following Annual General meeting. KPMG has held the assignment as auditor in Vertiseit since the extraordinary general meeting in 2018. Mikael Ekberg is the main responsible auditor. The auditors’ responsibility is to review the company’s annual report and accounting, as well as the management of the board and CEO, on behalf of the shareholders.
