The annual general meeting has deemed it being in all shareholders interest that employees in the Vertiseit group have a long-term interest in an increased value of the company’s shares. Therefore, the annual general meeting decided to introduce incentive programs for employees through direct issue of warrants.
The incentive programs entitle the holder of a warrant to subscribe for one new B share in Vertiseit per warrant held on the redemption date at the predetermined exercise price. The warrants were obtained through market value consideration, calculated according to Black & Scholes.
