Incentive program

The annual general meeting has deemed it being in all shareholders interest that employees in the Vertiseit group have a long-term interest in an increased value of the company’s shares. Therefore, the annual general meetings of 2021, 2022 and 2023 decided to introduce incentive programs for employees through direct issue of stock options.

The incentive programs entitle the holder of a stock option to subscribe for one new B share in Vertiseit per stock option held on the redemption date at the predetermined exercise price. The stock options were obtained through market value consideration, calculated according to Black & Scholes.
