Vertiseit AB invites investors, analysts and media to a Capital Markets Day on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 09.00 CEST where the company's updated strategy for international growth and new long-term and financial goals will be presented. The event will be broadcasted digitally and it is also possible to attend on site at Arena Varberg.
During the second quarter of 2021, Vertiseit achieved both of the company's long-term targets, 18 months earlier than planned. By the acquisition of Grassfish in May 2021, Vertiseit is now the market-leading platform company within Retail Digital Signage in Europe.
The Capital Markets Day will be led by Johan Lind, CEO, and Jonas Lagerqvist, CFO, who will present an in-depth understanding of the current situation and the insights leading to the group's updated strategy for international growth together with new long-term and financial goals.
The presentations will be held in Swedish with the exception of certain parts that may be given in English. At the end of the day, a Q&A session will be moderated by Fredrik Nilsson, analyst at Redeye AB.
