Today, Vertiseit AB announces the outcome of the exercise of warrants of series TO 1A and TO 1B. A total of 472,000 warrants were exercised, which corresponds to 79 percent of the total amount. Through the exercise of the warrants of both series TO 1A and series TO 1B, Vertiseit will receive approximately SEK 9.4 million in cash and cash equivalents.
Holders of warrants of series TO 1A and series TO 1B have had the opportunity to subscribe for shares with the support of warrants during the period 4-15 April 2022 and today, Vertiseit announces the outcome as it is ready to report.
Through the exercised warrants, 472,000 new Series B shares will be added to the company, bringing the total number of shares to 19,025,539. The share capital increases by SEK 23,600, which means that the total share capital in the company after the outcome amounts to SEK 951,277. This entails a dilution of approximately 2.5 percent based on the number of shares in Vertiseit and the outcome of the exercise of warrants series TO 1A and TO 1B. The warrants have now been converted into interim shares and are expected to be converted into shares within approximately two weeks.
