During the third quarter, Vertiseit's Annual Recurring SaaS Revenues (ARR) increased by 108 percent to SEK 66 million. Sequential growth amounted to 6 percent compared with the previous quarter. At the company's Capital Market’s Day on October 5, the Group's new strategy for global growth was presented together with new long-term and financial goals. After the end of the quarter, an Extraordinary General Meeting resolved on a directed share issue to institutional and professional investors, which will provide the company with SEK 100 million before issue costs.

JULY-SEPTEMBER 2021 QUARTER

  • SaaS Revenue increased by SEK 11.3 million to SEK 19.0 million (7.8) compared with the corresponding period last year
  • At the end of the period, ARR amounted to SEK 65.9 million (31.8), an increase of 107.6 percent
  • ARR grew sequentially by 6.2 percent (1.3) compared to the previous quarter
  • Adjusted for acquisitions, ARR increased organically by 18.6 percent compared with the corresponding period last year
  • Net sales increased by 168.5 percent to SEK 39.2 million (14.6)
  • Profit before depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 4.1 million (3.2), and the EBITDA margin amounted to 10.4 percent (22.2)
  • Profit after tax amounted to SEK 0.2 million (1.5)
  • Earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK 0.08 and SEK 0.07 (0.12 and 0.11, respectively)

JANUARY-SEPTEMBER 2021 PERIOD

  • SaaS Revenue increased by SEK 17.4 million to SEK 40.6 million (23.2)
  • Net sales increased by 48.1 percent to SEK 84.8 million (57.3)
  • Profit before depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 8.6 million (9.9), and the EBITDA margin amounted to 10.2 percent (17.2)
  • Profit after tax amounted to SEK 1.5 million (4.5)
  • Earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK 0.17 and SEK 0.15 (0.34 and 0.31, respectively)

SIGNIFICANT EVENTS DURING AND AFTER THE QUARTER

  • During the third quarter, Vertiseit signed an agreement with Svenska Mässan Gothia Towers regarding a comprehensive commitment for the digital customer experience in the Group's operations
  • On October 5, Vertiseit presented, at the company's Capital Market’s Day, a new strategy for global growth, as well as new long-term and financial goals
  • On October 21, Vertiseit's Extraordinary General Meeting resolved, among other things, on a directed share issue to institutional and professional investors, which will provide the company with SEK 100 million before issue costs
